It is used for the visualization of proteins isolated from biopsies or cells in culture.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;16385&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;120px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5>qRT-PCR<\/h5>\n<p>Real-time PCR is a technique that involves amplifying DNA fragments in order to quantify them.\u00a0This method, widely used in research, requires DNA from a few cells in culture or from a biopsy and provides important information for the identification of potential therapeutic targets.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;120px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5>Zeiss AxioScan.Z1 slide scanner<\/h5>\n<p>The Zeiss AxioScan.Z1 slide scanner enables automated scanning of up to 100 microscope slides (brightfield or fluorescence) into high quality virtual slides.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;16084&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;120px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5>Seahorse XFe24 technology<\/h5>\n<p>This technology allows the measurement of oxygen consumption and extracellular acidification, two important indicators for cellular respiration and glycolysis.\u00a0Combined, this information tells us about the metabolic functions of cells.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;16395&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;120px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5>Cardiac catheterization<\/h5>\n<p>Cardiac catheterization is an essential test for the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension.\u00a0It consists of inserting a pressure and volume sensor into the pulmonary artery.\u00a0This procedure is used both clinically by the doctor for the diagnosis of the disease, and in basic research to verify the effectiveness of the treatments under study.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Clinical research&#8221;
